"RACE FOR THE GOAL MAGAZINE DRIVE" 
Our Magazine Drive runs September 1-20th for our Newlin Elementary and Jr. High Campuses and September 1-19th for Maybrook Elementary. Below are some important instructions.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
1. Fill out the Magazine Order Form completely with all the information requested.
2. Tape any renewal address labels to the WHITE COPY of the Order Form AFTER all information is completed. Write in the information on the next 2 copies.
3. Remove BACK COPY of the Order Form and give it to the customer.
4. Total each Order Form and make sure that money matches the total. Attach checks or cash to the order(s) it applies.
***MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO “WCS.”
5. Write your Student’s Name, Classroom # and WCS-Campus Number in the MEMO LINE ON CHECKS. Example: John Smith, 3A, WCS-1.
Campus #: Newlin Elementary #1, Jr. High #2, Maybrook Elementary #3.
6. Total all Order Forms (with money), then put them in the submission envelope including child’s name, class, number of orders and total money enclosed. DO NOT PUT MORE THAN ONE STUDENT’S ORDERS IN THE SAME ENVELOPE. EACH STUDENT MUST HAVE THEIR OWN ENVELOPE WITH THEIR ORDERS AND MONEY TO RECEIVE STUDENT AND CLASS CREDIT.
7. See below regarding donations in lieu of magazine sales.
8. The KNOTT’S trip is designated as a school trip and must be taken on the assigned day with other students.
9. Magazines should arrive by the end of January 2012. Keep your pink receipt in case your order does not arrive.
Multiple Students Discount for Knott’s trip available for families with 3 or 4 students in Elementary or Jr. High at WCS who ALL want to participate in the sale. The discount will help these students qualify to win the Knott’s trip. Pick up a form in the School Office and submit it during the first week of the sale to qualify for the discount.
ANOTHER REMINDER - REGISTER, ORDER AND PAY ONLINE AND STILL GET PRIZES!
