The Magazine Drive/Cookie Dough Sale Sale for WCSP Homeschool will run from Sept. 16th-30th. Magazine & Cookie Dough orders are to be turned in at Friday School on September 30th.
MagNet cards are to be turned in on Sept. 23rd.
DO NOT ORDER MAGAZINES ONLINE DURING THIS SALE OR THEY WILL NOT COUNT FOR CREDIT OR PRIZES FOR YOUR CHILD!
Sell Magazines and Cookie Dough
Use the Magazine order forms for magazine catalog ONLY.
Use the Cookie Dough order forms for cookie dough ONLY. Make sure you move your orders over to the "WHITE" order form to turn in.
You will earn your prizes based number of items sold.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
1. Fill out the Magazine Order Form OR Cookie Order Form completely with all the information requested.
2. Tape any renewal address labels to the WHITE COPY of the Order Form AFTER all information is completed.
3. Remove LAST COPY of the Magazine Order Form and give it to the customer. Write your Cookie Dough orders on the "WHITE" order form and turn in that form. Keep your Cookie Dough brochure with your orders listed on it. Make sure it matches the "WHITE" form.
4. Total each Order Form and make sure that money matches the total. Attach checks or cash to the order(s) it applies.
5. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO “WCS.”
6. Write your Student’s Name, Classroom # and WCS-Campus Number in the MEMO LINE ON CHECKS. Example: John Smith, 1st, WCSP. Campus #’s: WCSP #5.
7. Total all Order Forms (with money), then put them in the submission envelope including child’s name, class, number of orders and total money enclosed. DO NOT PUT MORE THAN ONE STUDENT’S ORDERS IN THE SAME ENVELOPE. EACH STUDENT MUST HAVE THEIR OWN ENVELOPE WITH THEIR ORDERS AND MONEY TO RECEIVE STUDENT AND CLASS CREDIT.
8. See your Key Mom regarding donations in lieu of magazine sales.
9. If a student earns the Knott’s trip, they will be given a ticket to go on their own.
10. Magazines should arrive by the end of January 2012. Keep your pink receipt in case your order does not arrive.
