CLICK ON THE LINK YOU WERE GIVEN IN THE E-MAIL TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION, THEN COME BACK HERE AND PRINT OUT THE FOLLOWING FORMS, COMPLETE THEM AND TURN IN TO YOUR SCHOOL OFFICE.
Please click on the forms below. Print, sign, and return BOTH THE PARENTAL AND FINANCIAL COMMITMENT FORMS them to the school office. If you are not the financially responsible party, please give them to the appropriate individual(s). We look forward to partnering with your family!
If you are requesting Automatic Payments to be made, print out the Authorization for Payments form and complete and submit as well.

If you are interested in applying for Financial Aid, please Click Here to be forwarded to that site.
Current families may apply for financial aid before or after they’ve re-enrolled. However, the first financial aid awards will not be announced until the week of May 3rd, so the early bird discount will not apply. New families need to have completed the application process before they can apply for financial aid but will not be considered during round one of the disbursements.
